Refund Policy

There are NO REFUNDS on issues unless it meets the terms and conditions below.

Refunds may be possible under certain conditions. 

Terms and Conditions for refunds.

1. All troubleshooting steps are completed to our satisfaction. 

Troubleshooting may consist of but not limited to, and could cause the loss of favorites.

1. General maintenance 
2. New app 
3. Uninstall and reinstall of app
4. Install of VPN services
5. Complete factory reset of the device.
6. Testing your account on our systems (video of test is provided)
7. Testing on Simply Da Best side proves the issue is with our service, and lasts longer than 24 hours. 
8. Account is less than 1 month old, and had continuous issues during this time.
9. Issues with Simply Da best app, will be brought to our developers, please allow 24-72 hours for a response, (we will make sure you are up and running while waiting) 

Refund methods will vary, you may be issued an EMT, or we may apply a refund only if your account can be resold.

There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS

If you do not follow troubleshooting steps provided, you refuse to give prompt and accurate information with screen shots if required. Issues are deemed to be issues with your Internet service provider, the device you are using, outages due to maintenance or external factors outside of our control. Your account is over 1 month old and issues just started happening. Issues are deemed to be with the stream (stream provider) and not with SImply Da Best services. 

Refunds on other services are not possible.

All Refunds will be at the sole desecration of Boomer himself.
